Context images are unavailable today (Friday, 4/12/13) due to in progress system upgrades. Functionality will be restored by 6pm MST today.

Odyssey completes 50,000 orbits

On March 23, 2013 at 02:15 (UTC) Mars 2001 Odyssey completed 50,000 orbits around Mars.

THEMIS started collecting images in orbit 816 and since then has targeted
= 160,178 IR-images
= 190,694 VIS-images
for a grand total of
= 668,977 all images (IR, VIS, calibration).

THEMIS Data Restored

THEMIS data will be temporarily unavailable due to system maintenance today (1/5/2012). This message will be revised when all data is restored. Thank you for your patience.
